How GameTiozinho handles technical information and protects visitors' choices.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

GameTiozinho is administered by Thiago Piza, who is responsible for decisions about data processed directly by the site. The contact address for privacy requests is contato@gametiozinho.com.br. Write “PRIVACY” in the subject line.

2. DATA PROCESSED DIRECTLY

GameTiozinho has no registration, comments, payments or data collection form. With the visitor's consent, the counter creates a random identifier in the browser. The server stores only a cryptographic hash of that identifier and the date of the last visit, without keeping the original identifier in the counter database.

The choice to accept or decline the counter is stored locally in the browser. We do not use this information to build profiles, identify habits, sell data or target advertisements.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

The identifier has one purpose: reducing repeat counts of the same browser and producing general visitor statistics. This processing is based on consent. Declining does not prevent access to pages or codes.

The hosting provider may also generate technical logs, such as IP address, date, time, browser and server requests, for security, abuse prevention and infrastructure operation. These logs follow the contracted provider's practices and retention periods.

4. RETENTION PERIODS

5. SHARING AND EXTERNAL LINKS

GameTiozinho does not sell counter data. Technical information may be processed by the hosting provider to keep the site available and secure. When opening social media or external sources, visitors become subject to those services' policies.

6. VISITOR RIGHTS

Under applicable law, visitors may request information about processing, correction, objection, withdrawal of consent or deletion of data that may be associated with their browser. Preferences can be reset directly in the Cookie Policy.

7. CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

The site does not request names, ages, game accounts, passwords or payment information. Children and teenagers should use external services according to those platforms' rules and, where necessary, with guidance from their guardians. A guardian may request clarification or data deletion through the contact channels.

8. SECURITY AND UPDATES

Technical measures appropriate to the site's operation are used, including storing a hash of the identifier, blocking direct access to the counter file and using HTTPS when provided by the host. No system, however, is completely immune to incidents.

This Policy may be updated to reflect technical, editorial or legal changes. The current version will indicate its last update date.
